Processing Messages
After each payroll file you upload, please be sure to note whether any Processing Messages appear after the upload completes. If there are any errors, warnings, or informational messages, be sure to review and address them appropriately.
- Records with errors are NOT imported into Who's Where. Please review any errors, make the necessary corrections to the source data in payroll, and reload a corrected file.
- Records with warnings were imported but should be reviewed for accuracy. If changes are required, make the necessary corrections to the source data in payroll and reload a corrected file.
- Records with informational messages are for reference only. If changes are required, make the necessary corrections to the source data in payroll or in Who's Where.
